a dentist, educator, and fellow neurodivergent human
Who's on a mission to help families build oral care routines that actually work.
Hi, I’m Dr. Susanne Wolfe—
I created Spark Smile Collective because I’ve lived the struggle on both sides of the mirror:
As a dentist who understands oral health, and as an ADHD adult who deeply gets how traditional routines often just don’t work for neurodivergent brains.
My approach is grounded in practicality, patience, and deep respect for the real-life rhythms of each family.
I meet parents and kids exactly where they are—with strategies that feel doable, flexible, and even fun. Whether it’s creating a sensory-friendly brushing setup, building structure that actually sticks, or helping you laugh through the chaos, I’m here to help.
small, supported shifts can lead to lifelong change.
The “spark” behind Spark Smile is this:
But it’s not just about brushing and flossing—it’s about helping kids discover the spark within themselves. Sometimes it starts with a giggle or a tiny moment of pride. That spark builds confidence, and that confidence carries them forward—not just in oral care, but in how they see themselves.
Over the years, I’ve worked in tribal health centers, mobile programs, and community-based care—experiences that shaped how I show up: with empathy, adaptability, and zero judgment.
Now I bring that experience to support families in a more personal, practical way—so oral hygiene becomes something that brings you peace instead of chaos.
